BIPEC has named Neil Whaley as “Best for Business & Jobs” in an upcoming Special Election for the Mississippi Senate. The election will be on November 7 to fill the vacancy in Senate District 10 (portions of Marshall and Tate Counties). A runoff, if needed, will be Nov. 28. This seat became open when former Senator Bill Stone became public works director of Holly Springs.
